The BERG Fitness Rebounder 110 with Stability Bar is the complete version of BERG's indoor rebounder — the same 110cm bungee-corded base unit, with the handlebar included rather than bought separately.
The stability bar changes how the rebounder is used. It gives you something to hold, which means you can bounce harder without worrying about balance, work the upper body at the same time using the weighted handles, and follow a video from the integrated phone holder. For anyone returning to exercise after an injury, or less steady on their feet, it's the difference between using it and not.
It clicks in and out in seconds with no tools, so you can take it off when you don't want it.
