Our Story
TrampolinesIreland.com was founded in 2020 by Gary McGeown, based in Middletown on the Armagh/ Monaghan border. The idea was simple: Irish families deserved access to the world's best outdoor play equipment, with honest advice, fair prices, and a real person at the end of the phone.

It didn't come from nowhere. Gary comes from a big Irish family where trampolines and outdoor sport were just part of life — cousins, siblings, kids everywhere, always moving, always outside. That upbringing never really left him.

Today, Gary's three kids carry on the tradition. Between them they play soccer, Gaelic football, hurling, camogie and athletics — if it involves movement, they're in. The family are proud members of Middletown GAA, and sport is at the centre of everything they do.
Away from the business, Gary is a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu purple belt, recently graded under Leo Rainho at the Strength and Honor Club in Monaghan. Training four times a week has given him a deep appreciation for what physical activity does for both kids and adults — which is part of why he cares so much about getting Irish families the right outdoor equipment.
Since launching in 2020, we've delivered to over 7,300 Irish families across every county on the island, from Cork to Donegal, Dublin to Derry. That's a lot of gardens — and a lot of happy kids.

We believe a business that serves Irish families should give back to Irish communities. Since 2020 we've been proud to support causes close to our hearts — particularly around children's wellbeing, inclusion, and sport.
🟡 Bounce for Autism Co-founded 2022, in partnership with BERG and the Irish Society for Autism
We're proud co-founders of the Bounce for Autism programme, launched in 2022 in association with BERG and the Irish Society for Autism. The programme donates trampolines to special schools across Ireland, recognising the profound therapeutic and developmental benefits that bouncing provides for children with autism. To date, we've donated trampolines to over 50 special schools across Ireland. It's one of the things we're most proud of.
