Who delivers it

Trampolines travel on a pallet, which is why we use The Pallet Network rather than a parcel courier. TPN is Irish-owned, runs a hub in Dublin 15 and works through 25 regional transport companies, so the van that arrives at your door belongs to a local depot rather than a national fleet.

They're the only pallet network in Ireland with ISO 9001 certification across every one of their locations.

On the day

Your trampoline arrives flat-packed on a pallet. A few things worth knowing before it turns up:

  • Someone needs to be there. It's a signed-for delivery and the boxes are heavy — this isn't one to leave behind the shed.
  • Check the access. Pallet deliveries come on a larger vehicle than a parcel van. If you're up a narrow lane or a long unpaved drive, tell us when you order and we'll flag it to the depot.
  • Check the boxes before you sign. Damage in transit is rare but it does happen, and it's far easier to resolve if it's noted at the door.
  • You'll need somewhere to put it. A 14ft trampoline is a lot of boxes. A garage, shed or spare corner is ideal if you're not assembling straight away.

Assembly is a two-person job taking a few hours depending on the model — all the tools are in the box. We don't install ourselves, but we work with experienced installers across Ireland and can put you in touch with someone local if you'd rather it was done for you.

Common questions

Is delivery really free?

On orders over €300, yes — anywhere in Ireland or Northern Ireland, with no surcharge for distance or for crossing the border.

Do you deliver to Northern Ireland?

All 32 counties. We're based on the Monaghan/Armagh border, so cross-border delivery is routine rather than an exception.

How will I know when it's coming?

The depot contacts you to arrange a delivery slot. If you haven't heard anything and you're expecting a delivery, ring us and we'll chase it.

Can I collect instead?

Yes — warehouse collection by appointment. Ring first so we can have it ready.

What if something's damaged?

Note it on the delivery docket before you sign, then ring us. We'll sort a replacement part or a replacement item — you're dealing with us here in Ireland, not a distributor abroad.

Can you deliver by a specific date?

Often, but ask before you order rather than after. Tell us the date and we'll give you a straight answer.
