200 Miles From Newcastle to Mayo
And later, we noticed in the media that Rory had just undertaken a 200 mile walk, from Newcastle in County Down to Cong, Co Mayo to raise funds for the Cancer Fund for Children, so its pretty understandable.

Once things settled down again Rory decided on the BERG Ultim Champion 410 Flatground model in grey that you can see below, and we were delighted to get a photo with Rory showing it taking pride of place in his back garden in the hills of County Down.

When we told James Byrne, BERG Sales Manager for Ireland that Rory was a new customer, ex-rugby player and huge rugby fan, James was extremely excited, and was keen to do some small thing for the rugby legend.
Following a small flood of emails back and forwards going through the various options available, the BERG X-treme with XXL frame + passenger seat was decided upon, and this morning James Byrne from BERG presented Rory with his new go kart.
(I think the kids might get a go on the back).
