Procedure for Getting replacement Parts for Your Trampoline
1. Is Your Trampoline Still Under Warranty?
One of our first questions will be - "when did you buy your trampoline?"
We ask this to determine if your trampoline purchase is still under warranty, as in that case the parts will be replaced free of charge.

2. What Is The Serial Number for Your Trampoline?
In order to send you the correct replacement parts, we will need to know the serial number for your trampoline to determine not only the correct size, but the correct generation or version of that trampoline.
You can find the serial number for your trampoline using the guides below -Ā
3. Send Photos of the Damaged Parts
This step is optional but if you send a few photos we can make sure that we understand the parts that have been damaged and can send you everything that you need.
Sometimes it may be more than one part that needs replaced, and we can quickly diagnose by looking at a few photos.
4. Receive A Price for Replacement Parts
Provided that you are outside the warranty period we will obtain a price for the replacement parts for you to include shipping.
Typically all replacement parts are delivered within 7 to 10 days, and much less than this if the required parts are in stock with us.
5. Place Your Order & Wait for Delivery
When you are happy with the price provided we can send you a shopping cart or you can place a secure order with us over the phone.
