5-step size finder (do this once)

  1. Identify your line & shape
Look for Favorit / Champion / Elite / Pro Bouncer and the shape: Round, Grand (oval), or Ultim (rectangular). (It’s usually printed on the original box/manual, and appears on product pages.)

  2. Measure the frame, not the mat
Measure edge-to-edge across the steel frame (round = diameter; rectangle/oval = length × width). This is the dimension BERG uses for parts.

  3. Note your spring system

    • Goldspring Solo → used on Favorit (single springs).

    • TwinSpring Gold → used on Champion/Elite (springs in a V-shape).

    • TwinSpring ProPro Bouncer (longer, pro-tuned).

  4. Count springs + check spring length
    Count springs (round) or per side (rect/oval). Typical Champion/Elite examples: Ø270 = 64, Ø330 = 96, Ø380 = 112, Ø430 = 128; Grand Champion 470 (oval) = 112. TwinSpring Gold length ≈ 19 cm (hook-to-hook). (Always confirm yours—older generations can differ.)

  5. Identify the net model

    • Comfortzip entrance; straight posts.

    • Deluxe → curved posts, taut top ring; self-closing entrance.

    • Deluxe XLtaller and zip-less entrance (overlap); made for bigger trampolines/high jumpers.

Pro tip: If you have your 12-digit BERG batch/serial number, we can match parts instantly. Find it on a white fabric label (mat/net), on the frame, or on the manual/box—BERG’s PDF shows each location.

What to order (by part)

1) Jumping mats (AirFlow vs AirFlow Pro)

  • Modern Champion and Elite use AirFlow Pro mats (higher airflow for more height/control). Older units may have AirFlow (non-Pro). Match model + size + spring count; don’t order by “ft” alone.

  • Example: Grand Champion 470 replacement mat = 112 TwinSpring (19 cm) / AirFlow Pro

2) Springs

  • Goldspring Solo (Favorit) vs TwinSpring Gold (≈19 cm) for Champion/Elite. Replace stretched or broken springs like-for-like; mixing types ruins tension.

  • If you own Pro Bouncer, you’ll need TwinSpring Pro—contact us with your batch number; lengths differ from Gold.

3) Protective edge (pads)

  • Order by model/shape/size. Elite pads are heavier-duty with stronger UV resistance than Champion; this is why Elite pads often carry a longer pad warranty.

4) Safety nets

  • Comfort / Deluxe / Deluxe XL are not interchangeable one-for-one: pole geometry, height, and entrance design differ. The Deluxe XL is ~22% taller and uses a zip-less overlap. Check your pole style and entrance type before ordering.

Quick lookup: common Champion/Elite spring counts (examples)

  • Round: Ø270 cm = 64 · Ø330 cm = 96 · Ø380 cm = 112 · Ø430 cm = 128

  • Grand (oval): 470×310 cm = 112 (TwinSpring, 19 cm)
(Numbers above come from BERG-specific dealer specs; please verify your unit.)

When to replace

  • Mat: visible tears, fraying stitches, or D-rings pulling = replace. (AirFlow/Pro fabric should be intact and flat.)

  • Springs: gaps, obvious stretching, broken hooks, or “dead” feel; replace in sets along a side for even tension.

  • Pads: cracking foam, waterlogging, or thin spots over springs.

  • Net: torn mesh, failed zipper/overlap, broken fibreglass rod—replace net and any damaged pole sections.

Warranty & documentation (so you don’t overpay)

  • Typical (consumer) warranties as of 2025: Champion frame 10 yrs (+3 on registration), springs 5 yrs, mat 2 yrs, pads 2 yrs. Elite pads are often 5 yrs. Keep your proof of purchase + batch number for any claim. (Wear/weather/storm damage is usually excluded.)

Send us this, we’ll match the part first time

  1. A photo of the whole trampoline and label(s) with the batch/serial number

  2. Measured frame size (and L×W if not round)

  3. Spring system (Solo / TwinSpring / TwinSpring Pro) and your spring count

  4. Net model (Comfort / Deluxe / Deluxe XL) + how the entrance closes (zip or overlap)

If you can’t find the batch label, the BERG Batch Number Guide shows every location; some Irish retailers also request the 12-digit batch number for accurate parts matching.

Helpful notes (Ireland)

  • Wind: nets act like sails—use anchor kits and drop the net ahead of storms to avoid bent poles/tears.

  • In-/FlatGround: good drainage and pit support keep mats lively and nets/pads aligned long-term.
