How to Fit Your BERG All Weather Cover to Your BERG Trampoline

A BERG All Weather Cover is a great way to protect your trampoline from rain, leaves, and debris, helping to extend its life and keep it safe for use. Correct fitting depends on the type of trampoline you own – above ground, inground, or flatground.

1. Above Ground Trampolines

Unpack and position the cover: Place the BERG All Weather Cover over the trampoline mat, ensuring the logo is facing up and centred.
Attach the securing hooks/elastic straps: The cover is fitted with elastic hooks or straps that connect to the trampoline frame or springs. Hook these evenly around the frame for a snug fit.
Check tension: Make sure the cover is taut so rainwater doesn’t pool in the centre. A correctly fitted cover should slope slightly so water runs off.

2. Inground Trampolines

Lay the cover flat over the jump mat: Ensure it is centred.
Fasten to the frame: Secure the elastic straps or hooks under the top frame ring. Because inground trampolines are flush with the lawn edge, it’s important to tuck the cover neatly so it doesn’t catch in the grass or shift in wind.
Ensure good drainage: Keep the cover tight so that water flows away and doesn’t collect on top.

3. Flatground Trampolines

Position the cover: Place it across the jump surface, making sure it aligns with the round edge.
Secure under the frame lip: For flatground models, the elastic edge should fit neatly underneath the frame lip, holding the cover tight against the ground level structure.
Final check: Walk around the trampoline to ensure the cover is even all the way round, and that no sections are loose.

Extra Tips

Always remove the cover before jumping – it’s for protection only, not for bouncing.
Clean the cover occasionally with water and mild soap to prevent dirt build-up.
If heavy rain is expected, check that the cover is tight and free from pooling.
