  • Top rail / upper frame section
The main steel tubes that form the perimeter of the trampoline. Supplied as straight sections, curved arcs, or corner pieces depending on shape/size; they bolt or button-clip together to make the frame ring/rectangle.

  • Corner rail (rectangular/oval)
Pre-bent corner tubes used on ULTIM (rectangular) and GRAND (oval) frames to create the rounded corners and maintain geometry.

  • Connection sleeves / inserts
Short internal sleeves (or swaged tube ends) that slide inside adjoining rails to align and stiffen joints before bolting or pin-locking. Illustrated in BERG manuals during frame assembly.

  • Angle/corner brackets (rectangular)
Heavy steel bracket sets that clamp and bolt the long and short rails together at each corner on ULTIM/Pro Bouncer frames for a rigid rectangle.

  • Pressure pins / click-buttons
Spring-loaded buttons used on some joints to “snap” parts in place before final bolting; manuals call out checking these during maintenance.

  • Bolt set (hex bolts, washers, self-locking nuts)
Hardware kit for all structural joints. Self-locking nuts are single-use if fully removed, per BERG instructions.

  • Ground/anchor stakes
Steel stakes to secure the frame to the ground (supplied on some InGround/FlatGround sets and recommended by BERG for wind).

Note: Manuals consistently advise routine inspection of frame tubes and welded joints for bends, cracks or sharp edges and replacing faulty parts.

Legs & supports (by installation type)

  • U-legs (Regular / above-ground)
Full-height, inverted-“U” legs that attach to the top rail ring with T-style joints or bolted plates; they set the trampoline at standard height above the lawn. (Shown throughout BERG regular manuals/videos.)

  • Short legs / foot plates (InGround)
Reduced-height supports that sit on the excavation floor and bolt to the frame ring, keeping the frame level with the turf while spanning the pit.

  • Low frame profiles (FlatGround)
Very low perimeter frame sections designed to sit flush with finished ground level; installed into a shaped recess and leveled before backfilling.

Under-edge & ground interface (in-/flat-ground)

  • Frame net (InGround/FlatGround)
A fine mesh that attaches from the frame edge to the surrounding soil/turf to keep toys/feet from going under the trampoline perimeter and to deter animals/debris. Included/illustrated in many in-/flat-ground kits.

  • Leveling strips / shims (FlatGround)
Supplied spacers used during FlatGround installs to get the perimeter frame perfectly level and to fine-tune height before fixing and backfilling. (Shown as separate spacer parts in ULTIM Pro Bouncer kits.)

Shape-specific rails & joints

  • Round (Favorit / Champion / Elite)
Multiple curved top-rail arcs that form a circle; joined with sleeves/pins and supported by evenly spaced U-legs (Regular) or short legs (InGround).

  • Oval (Grand series)
Straight side rails plus curved end rails; uses additional internal joints to maintain the elongated shape. (Covered in BERG Grand manuals collections.)

  • Rectangular (Ultim / Pro Bouncer)
Long side rails, short end rails and bent corner rails, tied together with corner brackets; this is BERG’s most rigid, bolt-up frame system and underpins the Pro Bouncer.

Range-level frame notes (what differs by Favorit / Champion / Elite / Pro Bouncer)

  • Favorit – Entry line with robust, galvanized steel frame sized to the model; available as Regular, InGround and FlatGround. Core frame parts are as listed above, with fewer heavy bracket elements than the Pro Bouncer.

  • Champion – Heavier-duty frame than Favorit and offered in all install types; manuals emphasize correct leveling/anchoring for in-/flat-ground.

  • Elite – Premium trim that pairs with the Champion-grade chassis; frame components mirror Champion with upgraded finishing and matching fitments. (Manual set shared with Champion in many sizes.)

  • Pro Bouncer (ULTIM) – Professional rectangular chassis with multi-piece rails, heavy corner brackets, and a full bolt kit; compatible with add-ons like the AeroWall that mount to pre-drilled frame holes. Available as Regular, InGround and FlatGround variants.

Fasteners & small parts (you’ll see these in BERG kits)

  • Self-tapping/hex bolts & washers – primary fasteners for rails, brackets and leg joints.

  • Self-locking nuts – vibration-resistant nuts used throughout; replace if removed.

  • Assembly wrench / spanner – supplied hand tool sized to the kit hardware.
