BERG Aerowall Installation Guide (for Ultim 410 & 500 FlatGround trampolines)

Before You Begin

Tools & Items Needed:

  • The Aerowall stuntwall

  • Supplied anchoring brackets / clips

  • Supplied pump (manual or electric, depending on package)

  • A clear trampoline area (no one jumping during setup)

Safety Tip: Always install on a correctly assembled BERG Ultim 410 or 500 FlatGround trampoline. The Aerowall is not compatible with round or non-BERG trampolines.

Step 1 – Prepare the Trampoline

  1. Make sure the trampoline is clean and free from debris.

  2. Check that the frame is secure and the mat is in good condition.

  3. Decide which side of the trampoline you want the Aerowall on – typically at the short end of the rectangle.

Step 2 – Inflate the Aerowall

  1. Lay the Aerowall flat on the ground.

  2. Locate the air valve and connect the pump.

  3. Inflate until the wall is firm but not over-stretched – it should feel stable but still have some “give” for impact.

  4. Close the valve securely.

Step 3 – Position the Aerowall

  1. Stand the inflated Aerowall upright against the inside edge of the trampoline frame.

  2. Ensure it is aligned evenly and not leaning too far forward or back.

Step 4 – Attach to the Frame

  1. Use the supplied anchoring brackets and straps to secure the Aerowall to the trampoline frame.

  2. Start from the top fixing points, then move to the lower ones.

  3. Make sure all connections are tight – the Aerowall should feel solid and not wobble.

  4. Double-check that no loose straps are hanging inside the jumping area.

Step 5 – Test for Stability

  1. Push against the wall gently to confirm it is secure.

  2. Do a few light bounces into the wall to check for movement.

  3. Adjust straps or re-tighten if necessary.

Step 6 – Ready to Use

Once secure, the Aerowall is ready for stunt practice.

  • Beginners should start with basic rebounds before attempting flips.

  • Always supervise younger children.

  • Only one jumper at a time should use the trampoline to reduce collision risk.

Step 7 – Removing or Storing the Aerowall

  • To remove, simply undo the anchoring straps and deflate using the valve.

  • Store in a dry, cool place away from sharp objects.

  • The Aerowall can be reinstalled quickly for the next session.

Total setup time: Around 15–20 minutes (including inflation).
