Height matters more than age. A tall five-year-old is better off on a Rally than a Buddy, and a small eight-year-old will still be happy on a Buddy for another year. If you're between two, measure them against the ranges below — or ring us and we'll tell you straight.

Why only five?
BERG make dozens of karts. We could list them all and order yours in when you buy — plenty of retailers do. But go-karts sell almost entirely at Christmas, and a kart that has to come from the Netherlands in December is a kart that might not arrive.
So we stock a small range deep instead of a wide range not at all. Everything on this page is on our shelves in Ireland today, ships in 48 hours, and is supported here afterwards — spare parts, advice, and someone who picks up the phone. If you want a model that isn't here, ring us and we'll tell you honestly what the lead time would be.
