Keeping Kids Hydrated: 10,000 Water Bottles and Counting
At Trampolines Ireland, we believe in supporting active kids however we can. Whether they're bouncing on a trampoline in the back garden or tearing up the pitch at training, one thing remains constant: staying hydrated is essential.
Our Water Bottle Initiative
Over the last two years, we've been quietly working on a simple but meaningful initiative. To date, we have donated approximately 10,000 sports water bottles to local sports clubs and schools across Ireland.
The goal? To help children stay hydrated, especially when they're outdoors having fun and giving their all.
It's a small thing, but it matters. When kids have their own water bottle to hand, they're far more likely to take regular drinks and keep their energy levels up. Whether it's a sunny sports day or a rainy training session, hydration makes a difference.
Granemore Camogie Club: Stars of the Day
We're delighted to feature Granemore Camogie Club in Armagh in today's blog post. As you can see from the photo, the girls all received their very own Trampolines Ireland sports water bottles, and we have to say—they look fantastic!
Camogie is a fast, skillful, and demanding sport, and these young players need to keep their hydration levels topped up to perform at their best. We're so pleased to support clubs like Granemore who are doing incredible work developing the next generation of players.
Supporting Grassroots Sport
Initiatives like this are close to our hearts. Grassroots sports clubs and schools are the backbone of communities across Ireland, and the volunteers, coaches, teachers, and parents who give their time deserve recognition and support.
If a water bottle with our name on it helps even one child remember to take a drink during training, then it's been worthwhile.
